I try to push a little of the guilt of letting our kids be couch potatoes away when I manage to get some really cute pictures of them watching movies.

Cute ducky. It's good to be optimistic.
And every single mother overuses the TV for their kids. Especially in the winter. If they say they don't then they are lying. So don't feel bad.
